| During 1997, the Practice
was Ascension Health's counsel during the successful completion of the
nation's largest hospital bond offering. Our Healthcare Practice began with services to St. Joseph's Hospital in Chicago and the Daughters of Charity hospitals during the 1960s. |

| Today, our Healthcare Practice is special finance counsel to the Ascension Health System and related entities, the Little Sisters of the Poor and the Daughters of Charity Health System, among others.
