Christine M. Biebel joined O’Keefe Lyons & Hynes, LLC as an associate in June, 1999. Her practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions including corporate acquisitions and not-for-profit financings, as well as other general corporate matters.

Ms. Biebel practiced as a litigator at Hinshaw & Culbertson in Chicago from August 1995 through May 1999.

Ms. Biebel is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She was admitted to the Illinois Bar and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, in 1995.


Education

Ms. Biebel received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1992 from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She received her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 1995.
