Daniel W. Coyne joined
O’Keefe Lyons & Hynes, LLC in 1977 and has served
on the Executive Committee since 1991. He concentrates his
practice in finance and healthcare. Mr. Coyne has
been involved in financings throughout the United
States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
Professional Background
Mr. Coyne initially
practiced as an Associate for Jenner & Block, Chicago,
Illinois (1971-1972). He then served as a Lieutenant, Judge
Advocate General’s Corps, United States Navy; Naval
Air Technical Training Center, Memphis, Tennessee (1972-1973),
and Assistant Head, Legal Department; National Naval Medical
Center, Bethesda, Maryland (1973-1975).
Mr. Coyne next practiced
as an Associate for Hale & Dorr, Boston, Massachusetts
(1975-1977). He has served as Special Counsel for Choate,
Hall & Stewart, Boston, Massachusetts (1995-1999). He
has also served as General Counsel for the Evans Scholars
Foundation/Western Golf Association since 1990.
